This is a period of a lot of change for us here at the Wellness Exchange and for the Greater Moncton community.We know that you probably have some questions. I wanted to take some time and address some of the most common questions we’ve been getting. If you have any other questions that are not addressed here, feel free to contact us.

Why did you rebrand?

I have been working on this rebrand for over TWO YEARS. Two years of creating my dream and finally it has become reality and I get to share it with all of you. 

Being part of a franchise has taught me so much, invaluable lessons that I will always cherish. However, I’ve known in my heart for many years that what I truly wanted was to own and create my own business. A business that would allow me to grow without limitations. 

This has been in the works since the second year that I owned the downtown store. The idea of creating and owning a brand of my own, a local Moncton brand, has always been a dream. At first, it was not a possibility. I was learning on the job and pivoting year after year to understand what makes sense and what is possible.

Now, over five years in, it’s finally come a reality. The Wellness Exchange is not just a new name. It’s an opportunity for me to create a community that wants to make Greater Moncton and New Brunswick a better place. I love this city and this province and rebranding will allow me to take my brand and my company where it needs to go. A brand that will allow me to grow without limitations, allow me to have full creative freedom, allow me to create the store of dreams. And most importantly, a brand that truly represents myself, my team and my two beautiful stores. 

You have followed me and watched me grow over the last five and a half years and I am asking you to trust me in this process. The products, the people and they owner that you love are still here. This rebrand is more than a name change, it’s a promise. A promise to my community to keep showing up, to keep giving back, to keep educating, to keep mentoring, and to continue growing this incredible wellness community. 

Are other Sequoia stores also rebranding?

Nope! Only the two locations that I own are rebranding.

Downtown: 200 Ivan Rand Drive, Moncton NB, E1C 0V9

Dieppe: 550 Gauvin Road Dieppe, NB, E1A 1M8

Are you combining both Dieppe and Downtown stores?

Nope! We will continue to operate TWO locations to better serve our tri-city community! Our Dieppe (550 Gauvin Road) store is staying where it is and will be getting a facelift soon. The Downtown location has now moved to: 200 Ivan Rand Drive, Moncton NB, E1C 0V9 (across from the Sobeys on Vaughn Harvey).

Who is The Wellness Exchange owned by?

The Wellness Exchange is owned and operated solely by Danielle Gauvin. Since 2015, Danielle has focused largely on community outreach, education, impact & environmental change within her business. Her purpose behind owning a wellness store is, and always will be, to help her community, not just the Greater Moncton Area, but also New Brunswick at large. 

Whether she is providing free resources to her community on physical and mental health, donating money to local charities, providing a voice for other small businesses/entrepreneurs or leading the way in her industry with environmental change, Danielle has no plan on stopping and hopes to continue to expand and grow in the Greater Moncton Area, and around New Brunswick

Is The Wellness Exchange a chain or a franchise?

Nope! The Wellness Exchange is a local small business made right here in Moncton. I feel very proud to say that.

Do you sell online? Can you deliver to my door? 

We currently don’t sell our products online, although stay tuned – that’s coming soon. We do deliver to the Greater Moncton area. Feel free to give us a call or contact us and we’ll have your groceries and wellness products needs delivered right to your door.
